Translation isn\u2019t just about having in-depth knowledge of two languages. (Which, of course, I do, having been born and raised in the UK, worked for many years teaching Business English, and lived in Spain for over 30 years!)<\/p>\n

With 15 years working for a large-scale transport and logistics company, I know all the relevant terminology back to front, and have the specific knowledge required to produce English translations that tick all the essential boxes.<\/p>\n
On top of that, because I have a curious mind, nurtured by years of organising trivia contests and collecting general knowledge of all kinds, I find every job I do fascinating. I pay close attention to detail, document patiently and take every translation as an opportunity to learn something new.<\/p>\n
Having developed and refined my translation skills in my past roles, I became a full-time translator in 2019.<\/p>\n
These days, in my spare time, there are plenty of ways I like to recharge my creative batteries so I can do my best translation and eagle-eyed proofreading work.
